What flaws do I have I am semi soft maxed and how do I improve thoses flaws if I can

you have an obtuse cervicomental angle (bad submental area). you have a slightly retruded chin and on top of that either you have a low hyoid, weak mylohyoid muscle, skin laxity, or excess subq fat for side profile

How to fix eyebags
Apart from sleeping (obviously) I am not informed on how to effectively do it. I have tried some creams, but none of them were effective. I guess there are better ways to fix them out there

Your JFA is to much far from ideal like 102°-105° and dont harmonize with your ipsilateral alar angle 84°-85, your eyebrows are bad, need thickness, your chin to philtrum is weak, your eye one apart is too close, your lips are so thin and it seems your support is bad dur your orbital negative vector, you look fat,your neck witdh is bad, your ears too my recomendation is to stay in low bf and thick your eyebrows and train ur neck

Yeah I lost weight since then also hopped on topical minox and il start training neck? Do you know how I could train it without hurting myself

Idk tbh you should check some videos or that training neck
 
Also is my jaw frontal angle really that shit? I think it’s just the angle of the pic vc my phone below my neck View attachment 4600429
In that pic is like 97, but i think the first is more ideal cuz is front, you should take a front pic with the same position as eyes

Also is weak chin to Philtrum meaning the philtrum is too long /chin too short or the other way bc when I mesure it it’s abt 2.5:1

A lil weak here, not big deal, cuz in the another image is like 2.4-2.5
