What are my flaws?

I can tell stuff is wrong with my face but I’m not sure what, any help is appreciated

face fat and recessed mandible also very pale and skin is pretty shit, maybe also a slighly recessed maxilla but good eye area overall and good eye colour, eyebrows are neutral and hairstyle is alright too, HLTN

Thanks, I was told my eye area was my flaw before but that was before my dyed and shaped my eyebrows but apart from that that’s all I’ve done. For my skin I’m using accutane but only started last week so I’m in the bad phase rn. I’m buying self tanner which should be arriving in a couple days. Do you know how I can goo about losing face fat as I’m a really skinny guy yet my face is still fat as shit

you can look on here for debating methods but imo the best way to do it permanently is to use aqualyx and inject it into areas that you want to reduce fat in, personally gonna do this in a few months when i’m 18 and just go to a clinic cause im too retarded to do it myself but people do it themselves all the time
