just bad health indicators, you look sick.

getting sun and a better diet will make you look alot better. in terms of analysis, your mouth to nose ratio isnt ideal. your alar base is too wide compares to your lip width. theres other things like poor eyebrows and longer face but id focus on the nose and you can ascend (dont forget the sun)
