I don’t think you’re recessed, you’re just looking downwards. Anyways you should just do accutane, get leaner, and possibly lower eyelid filler if your lower eyelid doesn’t improve from fixing sleep quality, skincare, etc.

That’s all you need imo everything else is cope.
