Start by cleaning up that middle of the eyebrows area. Add a little more hair on top. Try dermarolling to see if you can grow a stubble beard eventually to help with the chin area.

If you ever were to do surgeries in the future I would say some type of chin impant and a rhino procedure to get rid of some of that downward tip on your nose.

You look like a chin implant might do quite a bit for you from the front view.
