What are my hopes of gaining height?

I have these scans and I want to determine whether I should hop on Aromatose Inhibitors and HGH in order to chase a few more centimetres in height. I desperately need that. Is there any chance or is it already over? Are my growth plates still open or at least somewhat open? For reference my bone age is between 17,5 to 18,5 years of age.

Is there any evidence that tren promotes any kind of height growth, provided the plates are open. Also AIs said both that my plates are open to kind of open to almost closed to closed
