From the front view the gonions are almost horizontal to the base of the nose, it is very high.

In any case, from the front your jaw is actually slightly less narrow than his. Your gonions are on a horizontal plane with the top of your upper lip.

If you'd seen how bad my acne was 2 years ago you'd say I softmaxxed. I am thinking of getting surgery because I am recessed and narrow, I don't want to look like a cuck. No amount of skincare and cold showers will fix my bones.

The basics will not change my bone structure, my face isn't so bloated I can't see myself. I know my maxilla is recessed, I know my maxilla is narrow, I know my chin is weak, etc. Sure, I'll look better with acne, and maybe those flaws won't look so bad, but they will still be there and in need of repair.
I'll be rotting forever no matter the face most likely, I'm autistic, not just socially inept or awkward.
