Im trying to get lean to around 10-12% bf, im 17, 195cms tall and 93.5kgs.
Whats something realistical?
Im running ppl UL but could do UL UL U

if your trying too get lean stay with ppl UL. So you'll have energy in the gym and be able too recover getting lean takes time so dont rush it its better too do cardio than eat less.
