Yeah, you really need one so it reduces the filtrum, it'll likely balance out your lips as an after effect too.

fill out your frame and soft max and then ask that. to me ur still in a phase in which soft maxxing would do a lot for you, only after you get yourself to that point would it make sense to discuss any structural or genetic flaws. I would say your skin/coloring, overall muscle mass, bloating, and hairstyle.
