What are my options?

I need a wider palate or I am not happy with myself.

I'm 19 years old, what are my options in widening my palate?

I have a narrow palate- 6 front teeth show when smiling.

Palate expander obviously. I don’t know where you live so just google “best palate expander in X”

I'm just afraid that something like a palate expander (MSE) will fuck up the rest of my face.
