your side profile is pretty good it's just the front. you'd probably need surgery to fix your eye area as it's your worst feature. but yeah get the transplant as you have a pretty long face so long hair would probably suit you

In terms of eye area I’m planning on getting filler to my under eyes and well as cheeks for support as my cheekbones are quite high which cause eyes bags more I think ?

i don't think they do but when getting the surgery you should consult an expert about it because yeah your cheekbones are pretty high but personally i doubt the filler will give you any visible eye bags.

I feel like ur eyes is your biggest nerf I wouldn’t say you have much recession
