Jaw isn’t very narrow, his bigonial is decent he just has a short ramus.

Better fwh would make you look a lot better. The nose would no longer be an issue if you had a longer and/or wider skull. Depending on your age, it might be smarter to focus on that part of your general bone structure then these specific features.

Yes ramus grows a lot during puberty, your facial bones develop until your early 20s.
