What are non cope way to boost collegen

Try to find some consistent cardio to do. Idk what “collagen” truly is but whenever I do cardio I get a very nice glow afterwords, i remmeber one summer I was outside playing basketball everyday and my skin was perma radiant.
Shut the fuck up, the “glow” you’re talking about is sweat retard.

eat a tonne of gelatine/bone broth. Probably cope, but we eat muscle to build muscle so theres logic to it.
do PRP on your face. It might help heal damaged fibroblasts.

the best thing is to not lose collagen in the first place. I used to fry myself in the Pakistani sun for Muh Vitamin D now i have forehead lines in my early twenties.

Mega dosing collagen peptides or gelatin if you’re a cheap fuck
Grass fed beef gelatin is better than collagen peptides anyway.
