700-900 anything more is better

Anything down to about the 500’s is acceptable

Anything below 550 is worrisome

Yet this is where the average modern day male lies

Are you beyond bro science tier endocrinology knowledge?
I had standard bloodwork done, everything is fine basically (only hemoglobin is slightly low at 13,9 mg/dl with 14-18 range).
Total t is at 631 and im doing all low hanging fruit stuff already for improved testosterone (decent diet, zinc + vitamin d, 8 hours sleep, exercise, low bodyfat)

Why the fuck cant I grow a beard then tbh?

DHT max or use minoxidil

I understand endocrinology in a health and wellness sense, as well as how it’s manipulated by androgens etc.

But I am not an expert on facial hair or how hormones in the body impact it.

I tested 550, but I slept like 4 hours cause I stayed up till late night playing FIFA and the test was at 6am in the morning

god this forum is so shit you cant even properly copy and paste stuff

above 800 optimally but receptors are real deal tbh

"normal" is like 400 but that's because our t levels as a society are too low. ideally 900 which is what a few generations ago young men would have had.

100,000 ngl /dl

"We determined serum levels of TT and FT of 1120 Japanese men aged 40-79 years using radioimmunoassay (RIA)

RESULTS:
The mean +/- 2 SD of TT, FT and cFT were 513 ng/dl
