I had standard bloodwork done, everything is fine basically (only hemoglobin is slightly low at 13,9 mg/dl with 14-18 range).
Total t is at 631 and im doing all low hanging fruit stuff already for improved testosterone (decent diet, zinc + vitamin d, 8 hours sleep, exercise, low bodyfat)

"normal" is like 400 but that's because our t levels as a society are too low. ideally 900 which is what a few generations ago young men would have had.
