What are paranasal implants and could I benefit from them?

I'm getting custom cheek/IOR and chin/jaw implants soon. I was also contemplating adding paranasal implants although I do not know how beneficial they would be. Could I benefit from them?

Yeah but not for OP. His mouth area is recessed compared to his paranasal. Paranasal implants would make him look worse
