What are recessed infras?

How do i tell if someone has recessed infras? Ive heard this going around on tiktok but dont know what it means so could someone explain to me what it is and how do i tell if someone has good or bad infras pls.

If ur under eyes r hollow u have recessed infras 'Infra orbitals' Orbitals being the bone round ur eye and Infra is the part underneath it
