If your shoe size hasn't changed in 1-2 years they are likely closed, since feet usually grow before the rest of your body. If ur feet haven't gotten bigger it's prolly ggs

You just defeated your own logic, feet close first so why would it be ggs

Cus if feet are done growing that's the first sign that height is done or about to be

Scientifically unfounded. My feet stopped growing at 15, I grew 5.5 inches from 16-18 lmao

Phalanges close way before the legs and spine

Ur simply an outlier, obviously there are exceptions but feet being done growing is just a general rule that ur height is almost done

??????? How am I an outlier??? The literature literally says that you grow from out to in:feelskek::feelskek::feelskek::feelskek: Stop being a retard and talking out of your ass. It's called distoproximal development

Nigga is mad about a basic ass statement lmfao, feet stops growing and height follows a bit after. Read what I said again when I said feet grow first that means they also close first, so if your feet are done growing some people could have a few inches left but it's a sign that you're *nearing* the end of ur height. If ur feet haven't grown in 2+ years and neither height that's a sign growth plates r closed. You're an outlier because most people simply don't gain 5 inches after their feet are done growing, more like 1-3 inches. Distoproximal development is when hands and feet grow before height leading to an initially disproportionate look which is literally my point. If your hands and feet are done growing, then with that logic the rest of your body will be as well. After the growth of hands/feet you will usually see a growth spurt within 2 years which is why I said *IF SHOE SIZE HASN'T CHANGED IN 1-2 YEARS* and u haven't grown in a while then it's *usually* a sign ur done. This person is asking if his growth plates r closed meaning he's not actively in a growth spurt but if his feet/hands are still growing that would mean there is a future growth spurt possible. Look up phalanx to vertebrae epiphyseal maturation before throwing a fit about a general statement.

The fact that ur shoe size stopped at 15 but you continued to grow at 16 proves my point about the 1-2 year timeline u were just a late bloomer and got lucky to slightly pass it. The science shows males feet stop growing about 2.5 years before their spine peaks. That's why u were able to grow 5.5 inches after your shoe size stopped. But my point is about the total math: if your shoe size hasn't changed in over 2 full years, you have already used up that 2-2.5-year delay window. Majority of ppl are either at the very end of your torso growth or completely done. I'm literally advocating that phalanges close before the legs and spine my point is about the timeline, you grew in that window but since your shoe size stopped at 15 and let's say u were still the same height or barely taller at 17 that would mean ur plates r closed. We r both arguing the same point you just misunderstood the timeline. My feet closed at 13, I grew 3 inches from 13-14 and I was done.

"If your hands and feet are done growing, then with that logic the res tof your body will be as well" You're a fucking retard that literally contradicts everything you fucking said. The point of distoproximal development is eliciting the idea that if your hands and feet are done growing, it has NO correlation to your arms and legs.

I'm literally not an outlier lmfao most males hands stop growing at 15, and most males stop growing in height at 18.

Stop being a fucking retard with zero info you retarded fucking bitch I fucking hate you
