yeah ig they really hit it off lol, obviously not everyone is gonna have that kinda luck but she’s a nice girl and HMTB just genetically so he kinda was right place right time

I've been going to the gym for a year and a half and cannot see them. I don't want to cut too early to stunt my growth
can you say your max bench, height, weight, split and how many times a week you go to the gym, etc?

1.80, 74kg, 90kg bench, i was doing 6 day ppl, then ppl, rest upper, now 3 day ppl

thats pretty good bench i would either chase the 100kg bench for the ego or go on a cut for ABS.
its just whatever you will feel happier whit truly, im currently kinda in the same position (i did 90kg bench around cristmas but since ive slacked off now im at around 85kg) and im chasing the hundred and if i get it it will truley be i mileston.
If you cant do ABS max the bench a become a monster.

maybe chill on the roids, try HGH, IGF1-LR3,BPC-157 even CJC.
roids is of corse more efficiant but your gonna die at like 22 + you lose like 30% of your muscle if you stop.

I was thinking about peptides but i don't want to play with no cope. I recently ordered Mk677 as a start, tip of the iceberg to understand how i react on pharmacology and then i will go on the good stuff like test, hgh maybe even tren to grow denser, longer, stronger bone and better physique

Look at Blake Speaks. He talked about roiding to go from a sub5 to a slayer saying that u should accept the bloat, hair loss and fat gain at first in order to grow and then at the end u hop off everything and just softmaxx with skincare n shi to maximise all

I have very shit genetics and have no muscle definition even thought i went to the gym for more than a year and my bones are very weak too. Like glass fragile

Yeah id want it in no time so they i can be able to enjoy life faster and flex and attract girls and feel confident rather than waiting years

This period I'm spiralling everyday, contemplating suicide cuz everything is going so shit now. What are some advices to follow to not get bored and sad? The only one i can think of is daydream about pinning roids ascending to Chad

it might seem whort it in the dark times but once you have climbed out of your hole you will regret it.

yes i mean i have quit multipul time. 1 being around xmas when i benched 90, when i came back i was barely at 80kg.
and even tho it was horrible and i was completly unmotivated i still go.
honestly just keep going how misreable it is.

I had a period where i didn't make any any progress for like over half a year and kept going but was so fed up

ye man its called the platue i think, im currently stuck to if i didnt quit over xmas i would problary gone up by now,
it sucks ass but you gotta fight trough it make every workout, set, rep count.
its common when your stuck to not train as hard cuase it feels meaningless but you gotta fight tru it.

you do what you want. but the "transformation" you see is only the tip of the iceberg. if you start roids you will get hairloss, fucked up skin, acne, roid rage, high blood pressure, liver damage, ofc bloating , your balls will shrink, less sperm, you can even get erectile disfuntion or becoming infertile.
all this for some muscle?
there is other aspects to life, you can defentli become Chad whit a 90kg bench and no abs, if gym whitout roids dosent work fucos on something else, girls dos not only look at your muscles.

Roids also give me some sense of waiting for something. With life boring and plain now trying on something new gives u hope and gives u like a sense of belonging to the gym community/looksmaxx
