Preferably natural. I don't want to get hooked on it

Unironically, removing contact with allergens (such as moving to other climate).

MSE/septoplasty. allergies = fucked airways
immunotherapy. but not shots, roll around in the dirt for days on end. exposure should generally decrease inflammatory reaction to foreign bodies
boswellia phytosome, black seed oil for temporary relief. in morocco this shaman bitch in a literal bazaar ground some black cumin and mint i think and shot it up my sister's nose and her breathing for the next hour was the best she could remember. i think it was an acute reduction of inflammation. this sinusitis sht is chronic. as allergens accumulate they begin recycling less and less efficiently; it starts a result of already compromised airways from modern conditions but is perpetuated by the simple fact that the airway is getting more and more crowded. crushing shit up and snorting may not be sustainable i guess though, and there's some risk in the aerosol produced. i think there's some potential for a gradual release gel being made and im sure products already exist, but are likely underdosed. good product idea
microbiotal transformation (eat shit maybe, or just sniff it in this case), we're talking sinunasal microbiome.

also if you're lenient enough you'd give an exception to 'traditional' pharmacy in whats sold otc as nasalcrom (cromolyn sodium). it originated from an egyptian herbal folk remedy and was introduced to the industry when a based doctor self-administered systematically and studied its MOA. its history is very interesting, if you are to take anything off the shelf, it's been around since the 60s and is different from shit like flonase that i told multiple jew/indian ENTs to suck my fat cock for prescribing

Yes black seed oil was helping me out temporarily. I think your right about that shaman stuff. I have hundreds of supplemnts and my health is getting worse. It works temporarily but stops working after awhile. Causes more problems in the long run

Maybe you have a point with the smells. Usually when I'm in pain and use the restroom I feel better, but even if I don't go I feel better just sitting in the toilet at work. Also I've been eating beef penis recently and it's got a funky odor and I've really noticed significant facial and allergy relief.

I guess I never knew all my life growing up. I just played sports and mouth breathed . Only recently I started having bad breathing problems and heart palpitations but didn't know it was that. The doctors said I had Lyme disease but I ain't buying that shit. I remember having heart palpitations when I was a kid just not as bad. I basically was born a crack baby to a retarded vegetarian mom and almost died at birth. Maybe that explains why I'm on this site
