recessed upper maxilla generally unfixable (either too short vertically or set too far back), nose too short or too long (related to maxilla), abnormal IPD, eye asymmetries. basically failos caused by bone structure above the lower maxilla. These areas are mostly inaccessible through cosmetic surgery. That is why your maxillary growth is everything. A large part of it will never be fixable whereas you can pretty much change up your entire lower third.

LL can get you 6 inches at most. 2-3 at femur and 2-3 at tibia a year later.
