Discussion what are some changes youd like to see on org? (Staff & I are looking for feedback)

Personally, I would like to see the community get a bit closer and tight knit, so I Was thinking we could have IRL meetups once every few months?

we can do like the biggest city of every continent, that way members of all backgrounds can have a chance to appear , and it will be convenient for them as we will hold meetup events near places like New York city, Dubai, London, etc.

What other ideas or changes would you guys like to see be introduced?
