there are none, accutane is KING
I can only get it with a prescription, the dermatologist didn't want to give it to me, he said that I should try it as a last resort and told me to use CeraVe and basic shit so I got agressive and they kicked me out

You got aggressive? 😭 Niggas doing anything to ascend.

Anyway, Accutane is an oral retinoid, basically a high-dose form of vitamin A. If you're trying to get similar results, you’ll need to explore other retinoids. The next best option is Tretinoin which is topical rather than oral. It's more targeted but less potent overall, and it can cause some irritation. You’ll want to start with a low concentration like 0.02% or 0.025% and gradually work your way up.

If local dermatologists won’t prescribe it, try looking into online dermatology services, many offer virtual consultations and can prescribe Tretinoin.

If that’s still not an option either then the next option is retinol, which is available over the counter. Just know that if Tretinoin is already significantly weaker than Accutane, retinol is further down the ladder. That said, it still works, just more slowly and less dramatically. With consistent use, you eventually see similar results.
