You can't have one without the other. Anything useful or cutting edge will have some schizo types. Or you can go on reddit

I have pro ana girl but she's kind of bad at it. I know how to starve but they are all really lacking in knowledge to be honest because all they care about is the number on the scale, I still wanna keep some muscle whilst losing weight they don't care what weight they lose

You are not gonna find a site like this or is. Most others are relics like 9gag and 4chan. 4chan got raided by troons and edgy teens spamming the same shit. This site is somewhat similar to 4chan but with a bigger barrier to entry and more focused on modern issues men face. Degenerates like obese people and trannys/gays are bullied off here, while they mostly makeup 4chan. This site has the same free speech that you see from back in the 90s and early 2000s while maintaining the same anti degeneracy from that time. Reddit has hardcore orewlian level moderation to the point where everyone sounds like the same person. Some of the niche subreddits are good tho. The mainstream ones are garbage.
