Yeah Im already doing flat BB and incline DB but I also need a lower pec focused movementPretty much anything really. Chest is the easiest muscle to train, the bench press it the best. I would focus on the upper chest really because a lot of people don't realize the importance of it.
I do:
Bench Press 4x10 till failure
Incline BP: 4x10 till failure
Machine Chest Fly: 3x10
Cable Crossover: 3x10 (Similiar to chest fly)
