i was looking into nootropics that can improve focus,motivation and reduce or get rid of depression, anyone know good nootropics and sources

i havent personally tried them yet but some of the everychem stuff is meant to be good, much more transformative than most nootropics

i’d try acd856 in your situation, it increases BDNF (lowered in depression) and neuroplasticity, without destroying your libido or giving you brain fog like a SSRI would

bromantane is decent, it increases dopamine synthesis but doesn’t downregulate the receptors like traditional stimulants do

go on r/nootopics (the one without the r), there’s way more anecdotes on these things than here

im new to this stuff so im a bit low iq in this but increased dopamine is good for motivation/willpower, i honestly never feel like leaving my bed the whole day
