I plan on setting aside 5min each week to primal scream and destroy things so I can release some of the evil inside me without affecting other people.
I found keyboards to be a really good item for this purpose. Once I angry german kidmaxxed and smashed a keyboard against the wall in my house. Was extremely relaxing to watch the keys break off and fly all over the place. It’s a bit expensive to break a keyboard per week tho.
