read about philosophy, history, politics, economics, geopolitics, personal finance, art history, whatever subject interests you.

learn how to paint, play chess, solve complicated math, an instrument, develop your people/social skills, learn how to cook, clean your environment, pottery, pick up a new sport like tennis or boxing.

this will not only have you off of your phone but also makes you such an interesting person to talk to because the variety of interests and things you excel all while developing your critical thinking/problem solving skills. will help you later in life both in a professional and interpersonal way. now is the time to start consuming all the knowledge you can.

you can access almost every reading material you need for free either online at oceanofpdf.com (if you download epub on a macbook it formats it for you like a real ebook) or at your local library.

when starting off with everything don't fall into the trap of trying to start too big or chase too many things at once you'll only burn yourself out. start gradual and incorporate it into your life. it has to be a natural part of you and by that time you're too far in to quit.
