What are some indicators you have stopped growing, I cbf going in and getting a scan so this gonna have to do

Once your secondary sex characteristics have matured and stabilized (for example voice deepening or facial hair growth), growth in height usually stops within a year or two. Less reliable ways to tell are if your metabolism has stabilized, or you have less frequent "growing pains".

But the only way you can actually confirm anything is with the bone scan.
