What are some less invasive/risky alternatives to orbital decompression?

Looking for a less invasive way to fix my protruding eyes. I have had a consultation with taban and the whole procedure seems far too extreme. I have shallow eye sockets, taban has said i may need a two wall decompression as opposed to one, but i'm just wondering if there is another way to fix/mask this issue e.g. upper orbital implants or fillers?

Periorbital implants.

But if you need the brow-ridge, or your eyes are TOO protruding, it is just easier to go for orbital decompression. It is case-by-case...

Also, get a second opinion. Taban just wants your money
