Studies show hiring numbers. It doesn't show you number of people hired who are not qualified for their jobs at all.

Like i said before there will be high numbers of indian, chinese and white men hired but in almost every single case they will be good at their jobs.

There are of course white woman who are also good at their jobs.

But if we look at people who get hired and are completely useless, this group will be composed of mostly young white women with a minority of black and an even small minority of other ethnic women.
