what are some must need surgeries for me (14, 5'11)

you dont look bad gang, if ur 14 while being 5'11 and looking like that, just let puberty do its things, surgery is a last resort type thing, and its bad doing facially aesthetic cirurgies because its gonna mess up how your body would naturaly grow and mature, so only do surgery if ur around 21 and still LTN, but i would say ur a HMTN rn, dont look bad but you look a bit uncanny
