what are some objects that are good for bonesmahing results. (If you don't think bonesmashing work do not state your idea, I do not give a fuck)

I use the corner of my desk. I just smash my head against it, much more precise than a hammer etc

Pfor the orbitals and the Brownridge the knuckles (bonesmash is supposed to only work on compact bones but some of my friends have seen results) for the chin a hammer or a heavy object approximately 1 kg for the frontal cheekbones, knuckles, lateral hammer (this is just my opinion, I'm not sure if it's like this)

i use a 4pound dumbell i found in my garage. hammer is best though tbh, easier to controll the hits
