What are some products I can use to get rid of dark circles under eyes completely?

I did the pinch test for my dark circles and the cause of it is the hyperpigmentation under my eyes. I'm currently using the Ordinary Caffeine Solution 5% and applying it under my eyes every night and morning for a while but I haven't seen any improvement of the dark circles. I've heard of people using kojic acid and other products to lighten the area but I'm not sure which product I should get. I'm looking for a specific product that will completely get rid of dark circles and is fast to put on.
