What are some realistic rhinoplasty morphs for me? (Bulbous nose tip)

Hello guys, my nose is really messed up. It’s very asymmetric as the rest of my face, has bulbous tip and has dorsal hump. I’d like to know if it’s even possible to slim down the tip without looking even worse. I kind of excepted the dorsal hump and wouldn’t wanna remove it completely now. Thanks in advance

Sorry, I just wanted to show what exactly I dislike and that is how the nose is getting progressively wider and than gets too bulbous at the end.

Would something like this be ever possible? (nose gets wider only the end and isn’t that wide and bulky)

it doesn't look that bulbous to me in the pics but i can't see how wide/bulbous it is in relation to your face cus you paintmaxxed it.

but generally, if you don't want your dorsal hump completely removed then you should tell your surgeon to just file it down slightly and don't do osteotomies. if you want a narrower nose tip then get a slight alar base reduction. just convey that you only want minor improvements for both.
