what are some reputable MSE providers on the East Coast of US?

Currently im looking into getting one from the doctor in NY. And hopefully he didnt die from COVID.
I also emailed dr Wong from UCLA dentistry to get more information on suppliers from him
What are some other people I should contact?

I actually had a couple molars extracted, but those was due to cavities and shit had to be extracted so new teeth grew in to replace.

The one that mattered the most was my premolar extraction when i was 11. They extracted one of my premolars so They can align my teeth and pull them in together with braces. I ended up with a misaligned bite and my upper and lower teeth are misaligned even after braces treatment JFL. I have hyperdontia so they had to take it out to make room.

So now im tryna get MSE to expand my upper palate back to its orginal position and get a pre-molar implant to replace my extracted tooth and realign my bite.
