I just want to know what to do with my skin. I alr have a skin care routine but i’m 13 and need some knowledge of like dieting for skin and what age should I take tret and other things related to skin care

pubery starts 11-13, so I'm assuming he already started and may be experiencing something and even if not theres more benefits to tret than just acne

i did start puberty and my acne is better then from the start but what other benefits can i use other then tret since i have strict parents
