What are some social norms you don't follow and why?

Title. I break a lot of social norms, more often than the average person. (I'm counting the most basic of social norms here)
I ask this question because I don't see the convenience in something like wearing underwear or beating around the bush in conversations, and I'm curious how else I might benefit from breaking small social norms.
