a cleanser and moisturiser and clean up your diet
also make sure to change ur pillow case weekly and stop touching your face
for peptides ghkcu is ur best bet

my diet is lwk decent alr not the best cs im bulking tho for dinner tonight i had salmon pasta idk if thats good or nah and i had a avacado with 2 bottles of water i lwk do needa do the pillow case thing tho n ghk is what i was thinking of doing n i finnaly convinced my dad to let me do peptides after convincing him for weeks i mean rn i use my moms skincare cs she has decent products so ima buy ghk n new moisturizer n clenser
