What are some superfoods

My diet now consists of
- meat
- mashed potatoes mixed with carrots
- butter
- olive oil
- grapes
- bananas
- skyr yoghurt
- blueberries
- bacon
- fish like shrimp, salmon and halibut
- breakfast cookie (wanna replace this but dk to what)
- glucose powder during & after working out (abt 80g of sugar in total)

What else can I add to my diet or what should I replace?
I want to take my body to the next level and become as healthy as possible

was gonna look into bee pollen, gojiberries and chia seeds a little more

I'm really sure they do not, they help balance out your hormones so they're healthy. They shouldn't raise estrogen levels to an extreme amount
 
Real superfoods, not the fake ones on the internet, are :

Raw grass-fed liver
Oysters
Raw milk
Raw pasture raised free-range eggs

aight thanks, it's a shame these foods are almost never sold in regular stores in my country

I'm gonna do that, just got caught up in the 'muh eat sugar directly after training so your gains don't go to waste muh muh' Imma just eat simple carbs and some eggs after training

ofc not, but still increase estrogen. btw, so you can use the same logic for soy. it balances out hormones. JFL

You got any farmer markets near by? That's always what I recommend regardless of where you're from.

nigga it's necessary for your body to have estrogen, soy decreases androgen recepters while blueberries makes your androgen recepters stronger and more available

You got any farmer markets near by? That's always what I recommend regardless of where you're from.
Probably, I will look into it. There's also a store called holland&barrett close to me that sells bee pollen, chia seeds, raw honey, ... Should I buy some of that too?

Superfoods:
Kiwi - help for digestion after heavy meal. Also 1 large kiwi cover daily vitamin c dose.
Sardines in spring water(no other ingredients). Rich in omega-3 but guaranteed this time. Cheaper than fish oil and more nutritious. No need to cook.
Avocado - rich in potassium and fat. bunch of everything that's good
Coconut oil is good, especially to fight candida and to keep teeth healthy(oil pulling)
Cloves - good thing to use as antioxidant and don't get sick.

Questionable:
Chia seeds are rich in omega 3 but might not be so bioavailable, so that depends. It does a very good job of removing hunger for a while. Might be overrated by vegan niggas saying it replacement for eggs(its not)

Bad:
Pork is inferior meat. Habibi stay halal

I own some almond trees back in morocco that sell. Maybe I should put toxic shit in it filled with estrogen so I will sabotage my rivals (in minecraft)
