My diet now consists of
- meat
- mashed potatoes mixed with carrots
- butter
- olive oil
- grapes
- bananas
- skyr yoghurt
- blueberries
- bacon
- fish like shrimp, salmon and halibut
- breakfast cookie (wanna replace this but dk to what)
- glucose powder during & after working out (abt 80g of sugar in total)
What else can I add to my diet or what should I replace?
I want to take my body to the next level and become as healthy as possible
