What are some surgical and non-surgical ways to increase arm length?

I'm looking for ways to increase arm length (not frame), just arms length so I can try and not look like henry Cavel with Trex arms.

yes there is. If anyone has good info on that that would be good. Mainly I'm looking for non surgical methods2 inch length gain would be ideal. 1 inch min.

At what point does arm span become too short for body? Like over 2 inches shorter than body? I wonder what henry’s ratio is

Growth hormone could widen your shoulders which would increase total wingspan but might not effect actual arm length.
