Yes this thread is a follow on from that. It seems the topicals are the big game changes.
The supplements - when I read up on them (vit c, msm, gluthione, NAC) - don't seem to have made significant changes for people idk

It depends on the dosages the dosages in the the supplements are big and it's not just skin whitening it's overall for white maxxing and acnemaxxing
