You have 11 weeks. Meaning you need to lose 4 pounds a week. You need to deficit 14,000 calories a week. So you have to do a fuck ton of cardio. I’d aim for 20 pounds tbh.

This will be extremely dangerous to your health. Unless you are David Goggins or have a very good reason, aim for 20lbs. Even then it will be very tough on your mind.

I am at 27.8% body fat rn and want abs that are fully visible by summer so I can take my shirt off

jk not overload but just make sure your on your macros you are exceeding protein goals so that the reta isn’t making you lose muscle

You should significantly reduce how much you eat overall, you should also skip breakfast and lunch (though having something like an energy bar to stay alive is fine) you should also make sure you don't overeat at dinner to compensate for the food you missed out earlier.

calorie deficit, reta if u can but an adhd med that causes less appetite works fine too ands easier to get, as ppl have alr said 40 lbs is crazy, aim for 20-30, eat about 1250-1500 cals a day w most of it being protien, if u work out all ur lifts are gonna be stagnate till your done w the cut
