What are surgeries that won't affect your facial harmony?

I'm thinking neck lift since my side profile slopes down from my chin to my neck. Basically impossible to ruin your harmony.

Things like chin and jaw filler/inplants can affect your harmony and look really uncanny.

I know it can, I'm saying ones that won't negatively affect you 99% of the time.

How can a neck lift to go from a downward sloping side profile to a horizontal/positive sloping side profile negatively affect your harmony?
