He believes that the elite are:
1. Intentionally trying to make the masses hate jews
2. Intentionally trying to make the masses hate Muslims
3. He has alluded to the idea that the elite are trying to degenerate the white race, and has directly called the Ukrainian Russia conflict white genocide. He has made comments about how the elite are targeting certain groups of people and said blacks usually don't fall for the propaganda. He has also noted how he sees "weak whites" purchasing vegan items while the Muslims purchase animal products. This probably illustrates the result of the elite propaganda that targets white degeneration.

He has claimed the elite are hidden, which leads me to think he doesn't have the generic belief of Jews controlling society (although he has made off hand remarks about Jews owning major corporations, such as the porn industry)

I don't know too much about his take on this, but given the fact that he's a historic and genetic skeptic, I would assume his beliefs would be somewhere along the lines of "racial differentiation between slavs and other ethnic groups considered white is propaganda created by the elite in order to cause division between whites".

His point is that there's brainwashing to ease killing others, (especially those who look more similar to you) for a greater agenda.

I mean it's definitely not an uncommon stance, but his beliefs divert from the consensus in the sense that people generally believe that this sort of "brainwashing" is done to have people kill other people for the benefit of a nation, whereas goatis believes that military conflicts are created by the "elite" to cause mutual death and destruction. At least that's my takeaway from what little I've gathered online
