What are the actual tests worth running on yourself?

I’ve been thinking lately if I was already doomed from the beginning so I’ve thought about running standard medical tests on my body. I’ve already done bloodwork and it was so boring, that I had no deficiency nor surplus of anything. I’ve already got testosterone tests noted but what else I can do?
