Seen a lot of before and after photos and videos, they do look slightly improved but don't really see that much of a difference in PSL unless the mandible is excessively recessed. Is it over hyped?

no jfl helps with sleep apnea tmj bruxxism etc its only now being seen as aesthetic but its always been for health reasons traditionally speaking

the bimax is one of the few surgeries that will have any impact on your PSL. it can drastically change your face overall.

cope surgeries are like a chin implant or buccal fat reduction etc.
