Just lift weights, and do low amounts of running. Running wont make you loose fat, eating less will.

Running will make you fit so you have good cardio, although if you have high bf% you can experience strain on your knees, hips and ankles. So i would recommend riding a bike instead, not the same level of benefits but you dont risk your joint health.

Running is good and should be done often.

You never know when some low IQ nigger is gonna attack you with a knife for no reason, so you should be able to run long distances at a relatively fast speeds.

I've seen so many clips of people out shape when they have to run for their life and they immediately fall over because they haven't done it in so long :ROFLMAO:

fym downgrades life doesn't boil down to a 9th grade powerpoint slide nigga, the only cost is time and the benefits vary depending on if you enjoy running or not
