What are the benefits of braces?

My teeth is messed up and i’m gonna get braces in 2-3 weeks but i have some questions on my mind lately.

Do braces fix not only teeth but improves maxilla development, gives under eye support, better nose, better chin and jawline?

How many of these are true or cope? Can someone really wise about this help

Braces are very good but don't confuse them with surgery it will just straighten your teeth

it does the opposite for all of these things and I think they reduce palate growth. The effects are very small though, unless you get retractive braces those really fuck you up

No other benefits except the huge teeth halo which is like +0.5 points in your looks
