What are the benefits of having raw meat instead of cooked (with proof)

Too many times I have read up on people eating raw meat with no explanation why is it better than cooking it?
 
Heat sensitive nutrients breakdown while being cooked doesn’t really make a difference just a shock factor for views unless your willing to eat raw for the tiny benefit

im eating raw liver and eggs right now
but for me when i used to eat cooked foods all the time I was bloated, had gas, and felt heavy

I will try raw meat sometime then, what do you recommend and what conditions does the meat need to be left in?
 
there are slight benefits to eating raw meat in terms of nutritional value but imo its not worth the risk of getting diseases from it

also they provide no secret 'additional' nutrition that isn't found in cooked meat

just as a rough example if I ate 1 pound of raw meat compared to 1.3 pounds of cooked meat it would have the same nutritional value. im just making those numbers up but you get the idea

but if you are truly autistic and dont give a fuck about diseases and want to live like a tribal monkey then go ahead, just dont complain about worms in your body in your 40's

Your never ever gonna get sick if its from a proper source

also your comparison on 1 pound to 1.3 is complete bullshit. All b vitamins in cooked meat are gone, as well as many fat soluble ones

dont know where you got this info, raw will always be optimal
