i would say planks because they help your abs and also other muscles but crunches are good too
 
anything thats loaded. Body weight crunches are useless

Any that forces you to stand up
 
Any weighted crunch variation that you can overload (machine crunch, weighted sit up) and hanging leg raises or leg raises on parallel bars. Literally all you need. Dont waste time doing some 30 minute ab circuit, treat them like every other muscle. Train them to failure and increase weight over time
